1. Nature of the Service

SkillBet is a sports prediction platform for entertainment purposes only. Users place predictions on real sporting events using virtual currency called "SkillPoints". SkillBet is NOT a gambling, betting, or wagering service. No real money is involved at any stage of the experience.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SkillBet. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We verify your date of birth during registration. SkillBet reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet the minimum age requirement.

3. SkillPoints (Virtual Currency)

SkillPoints are a virtual currency used exclusively within the SkillBet platform.

• SkillPoints have NO real monetary value.
• SkillPoints cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services.
• SkillPoints cannot be transferred to other users outside of the platform's intended features (leagues, bets).
• SkillBet reserves the right to modify, reset, or adjust SkillPoints balances at any time.
• SkillPoints are granted for free through daily activities, achievements, and referrals.

You acknowledge that SkillPoints are a virtual game element and that you have no ownership rights over them.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not create multiple accounts (one account per person).

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

5. User Conduct

When using SkillBet, you agree to:

• Comply with fair play rules.
• Treat other users with respect.
• Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Not impersonate other users or provide false information.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users' experience.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software of SkillBet are the property of Amir Tarik El Ghalbi and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application without our prior written consent.

7. Account Termination

SkillBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• You are under 18 years of age.
• We reasonably believe your activity threatens the platform's integrity.

Upon termination, your access to SkillBet and your SkillPoints balance will be revoked. Termination does not entitle you to any compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

SkillBet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for any loss of SkillPoints due to technical issues.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of sports data or match results.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SkillBet (which is zero, as the service is free).

9. Disclaimers

SkillBet is a game of entertainment and skill. It is not a gambling service.

• No real money can be won or lost.
• Predictions are for entertainment only and should not be considered financial or betting advice.
• SkillBet does not encourage, promote, or facilitate real-money gambling.
• If you have concerns about gambling behavior, we recommend contacting a professional support organization.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of SkillBet after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the application and delete your account.
